Sky is a neurodivergent human living with Bipolar 1 Disorder, ADHD, and PTSD, and snowboarding injuries that permanently changed how he moves through the world. He knows trauma recovery from the inside. Every practice he teaches has been his own medicine first. He manages all of it naturally, through yoga, somatics, designed nutrition, and the daily practice of the teachings he offers. Not as a workaround. As a way of life.
He is a father, a teacher, a psychedelic musician + artist, and healer who has lived his way into everything he teaches. He has survived near-death experiences, navigated divorce, and walked through the kind of darkness that either breaks a person or becomes the foundation of their deepest gifts. For Sky it became both the foundation and the fuel.
He is also a Certified Somatica® Sex & Relationship Coach, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher RYT-500, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, psychedelic integration expert, and Mystic Teacher with 20+ years of walking the edge between the seen and unseen worlds.
THE ORIGIN
Where this all began...
Having a natural ability to see beyond the patterns of shadow and light, Sky was misunderstood, abused and outcast as a child. He learned early that the world inside the walls of home and school weren't safe so he went into nature to find peace. He fell in love with the forest and exploring the unseen, formless intelligence he could feel but couldn't name. He taught himself to meditate in long periods of forced isolation. He found music. He found art. He found soul. He found the quiet magic that lives in nature when you learn to listen for it.
He always knew he was more than the identity being imposed on him. That knowing was the seed of everything.
Sky grew up in the emerging cannabis and psychedelic scene of Denver and a 7-gram shamanic mushroom experience at 17 showed him the reality of his trauma with absolute clarity - and the choice to take agency over his own life. He left home and graduated high school while living with friends. At 18, he moved to Breckenridge with a group of close friends and stepped into an adrenaline fueled life shaped by extreme sports, live music, and the relentless pull of something deeper.
The decade following was wild and initiatory. The traumatic death of a roommate. Broken bones and an invasive knee surgery. Near-death experiences. Unhealthy relationships. Mystical experiences that cracked him open and left him changed. He paid close attention to the patterns - in himself, in his choices, in the dynamics he kept recreating - and began the long work of understanding why.

During a series of potent and dissolving mystical experiences in his early 20s, Sky was shown his soul's path and his true identity. At the time, psychedelic support & integration still wasn't commonly available and the vision of The Hyperspace Academy became real in that space. He knew he was here to build an inclusive sanctuary for healing, awakening, and creative evolution.
He has been building it ever since. Through every heartbreak, every recovery, every shamanic journey, every student he has taught, every friend and client he has held. The Academy is not a brand. It is the living expression of his life's work.
Sky has spent over 20 years walking the path of conscious psychedelic exploration - in ceremonial and shamanic contexts, in the wild transformative spaces where live music and medicine meet, and in the quiet private work of integrating what those experiences revealed. Some of the most profound healings of his life have happened in these spaces. He is a psychedelic integration expert not because he studied it from the outside, but because he has lived it from the inside out through experiences that ranged from blissfully expansive to terrifying and destabilizing, and everything in between. He knows how to hold these medicines with reverence, and he knows what it takes to bring what they reveal back into the body, the relationships, and the dailiness of an ordinary life.
In 2023, Sky became a father - a role that has brought more transformation, more humility, and more love than any practice he has ever undertaken. Most recently, Sky has navigated his own divorce - choosing to end a relationship that was no longer aligned with his truth, his health, or his growth, and walking the full legal and emotional weight of that process through self-representation. His daughter remains his clearest compass and his deepest motivation. There is no separation between the work he teaches and the life he is actively living. The work is real, the relief is real, and the transformation is permanent - even as the journey continues to deepen. This is a path he walks daily, alongside every client he serves.
Sky is an active presence in the Tam Integration Community, a community of intentional practitioners working with psychedelics for personal evolution and collective growth, where he shares meditation, education, and offers integration support. Sky is also active in Pretty Lights Family - a conscious community of artists, musicians, and seekers - where he shares yoga, meditation, and consciousness teachings alongside the music that has been his primary spiritual home for the last two decades. Sky also gardens, cooks from scratch, paints, makes psychedelic bass music, channels poetry, collects art and tattoos, while staying in deep communion with Spirit and the natural cycles of the cosmos, the seasons, the sun and moon. He lives as he teaches. All the way down.

Not the polished version. The real one, earned through experience, not theory.
Nature holds the keys to optimum health
Sky doesn't believe in pharmaceutical management as a primary path. He navigates his own physical disability and neurodivergence naturally - through yoga, somatics, designed nutrition, and deep attunement to the body's intelligence. He believes the body knows how to heal when given the right conditions.
Intuition is the highest intelligence
The inner teacher knows. Sky's entire practice is built on helping people stop overriding their own knowing - and start trusting the signal that has always been there underneath the noise of conditioning, trauma, and other people's expectations.
The cosmos is a living teacher & mirror
The external universe is a macrocosmic reflection of our inner world - our subconscious beliefs, thoughts, and patterns made visible. Living in alignment with natural cycles - the moon, the seasons, the sun, the stars - illuminates the path that is uniquely ours. As a Green Wizard and Mystic Teacher, Sky practices natural magic: organic living, deep communion with nature, and working with cosmic energies to support wellbeing and access to higher states of consciousness
Living life as art, creativity as spirituality
We are all creations of the universe - and to awaken to our own creative power is to touch the source of authentic healing. Creativity is not a hobby or a talent. It is the fundamental force of life moving through us, expressing itself as our choices, our relationships, our art, and our becoming. The creative self and the essential self are the same self. Getting back to one means getting back to both. Our life is a creative act - and through living healed, it becomes our masterpiece.
Psychedelics are sacred medicines
Used with conscious intention psychedelics can open us to the hidden realms of both our personal and collective identity allowing us to receive profound wisdom that can be applied to enhance our lives, relationships, and creativity. Both ceremonial and conscious recreational use of these substances in appropriate contexts have the capacity to produce genuine, lasting healing when met with the right preparation and integration support. True integration turns the peak experience into permanent change and turns life itself into the ceremony.
Kundalini - a lifelong awakening
Sky has been sensitive to subtle energy and higher states of consciousness for as long as he can remember - long before he had language for what he was experiencing. That innate attunement led him naturally to Kundalini Yoga, which he has practiced for 12 years as both a path of personal transformation and a living transmission he now shares with others. His teaching is not a curriculum. It is an ongoing awakening he invites students into alongside him.

The Academy is a modern mystery school - a living bridge between ancient mystical wisdom and the dawning consciousness of a new aeon. It draws from a universal synergy of wisdom & mystery traditions including Hermetic, Vedic, and Samkhya philosophy, Kundalini and Tantric yoga, Buddhism, gnostic mysticism, western esotericism and the direct experiential knowledge Sky has gathered across a lifetime of walking the edge between the seen and unseen worlds.
It is not a brand. It is a sanctuary. A field of transmission devoted to awakening the deeper capacities of human consciousness - helping people remember who they are beyond conditioning, reconnect with the sacred intelligence moving through life, and walk a path of healing, embodiment, creative expression, and conscious service.

Trauma-aware, body-based work with sexuality, intimacy, desire, and relational healing. Sky works from the belief that shame is the primary barrier to authentic intimacy. The most powerful thing a guide can do is show up with reciprocal vulnerability, full acceptance, and zero judgment. Through somatic experiencing, empathic attunement, and embodied practice, Sky helps people identify and shift the habitual patterns keeping them disconnected from their desire, their body, and their authentic self. This is not talk therapy. It is experiential, relational, and real. Intimacy is a learnable skill. Self-acceptance is a lived practice, not a concept.
